May 22. 2012- Today my 22 1/2 month old finally said (two) and showed me a sweet peace sign to show me he understands what two means. I’m all teary eyed filled with joy because he finally is showing us a little bit more of progress with his speech :) Yes i know i’m such a first time mom but, this is such an excitement for his dad and myself. Specially since we were getting a little worried thinking he was a little behind but i guess its true children are like trees each blossom at different times all on their own. Now to keep teaching him more and more i know he’ll catch up since he’s learning three languages at the same time ( Spanish, English, & Portuguese. ) Well today finally on my day off i open my agenda and really notice i’m all types of behind on his second birthday planning but, gladly i have the invites edited by yours truly of course and ready to print followed by finding the artistic person to do our cake which i’m excited she finally emailed me with the sketches super anxious for that! Now currently doing little cute labels for the goodie bags which are coming out adorable not to brag lol but, i’m really good at what i do btw his theme is “Toy Story”. I have so many ideas and some that are coming to life. My mother tells me i’m acting like it’s his grand first birthday again but, heck this day is beyond special for me as is for his father. My life changed completely for the better and changed me which i’m beyond thankful for so each year i shall make it special it’s only once a year anyway why not.
